The Public Notice Resource Center, Inc. was founded in 2003 by American Court and Commercial Newspapers, Inc.(ACCN). ACCN is the professional organization of court, legal and commercial newspapers. Its members publish in cities across the nation in a wide variety of formats, and are dedicated to preserving the public’s right to know.
